Welcome to my first ever virtual release party!

With summer right around the corner I thought it would be fun to kick off the season a little early with a Sara’s Smile release party.
What a great day for a party! The sun is shining bright in the Northeast today. All of the rain sent the greenery into steroid-mode and it’s lush and green outside as a tropical island.
I’m on my deck with an ice tea and Hall & Oates playing in the background. Do you hear it? No? Well here you go…
I have Miss Evie to thank for finding this great video snippet! Please stop over to Evie’s blog, In Love with Romance, as she’s hosting a SARA’S SMILE release party too. My BFF, and fellow writer, Claire Gillian (I swear we were separated at birth) also has a Sara contest going on at her blog as well! I have such awesome friends, don’t I?

All set? Good…where was I? Yes, so besides serving the all important refreshments, what does one do at a virtual release party?
I’m not entirely sure so let me know if I’m doing this all wrong, won’t you? I thought it would be fun to take a little deep dive into Sara’s Smile and introduce you to the characters, play a little trivia and just enjoy this lovely day. Sound good?

As a teenager, Sara spends the summer on Martha’s Vineyard with her best friend, Cat. She gets a job at an ice cream parlor. What is the name of the ice cream shop? Now, you don’t have to read Sara’s Smile to know the answer to this question (although, I would love you to read it anyway!). It’s a pretty famous place that is frequented by the Obama girls when they are in the Vineyard. I will use random.org to pick from the correct answers.
