His shirt and tie suddenly became three sizes to tight as his rapid breath strained against the fabric. Tossing the newspaper on the empty seat on the other side of the aisle, he reached for the overhead reading light off switch. She caught his arm.
“Don’t. Not just yet,” she said.
Her left hand slid down his sleeved arm and intertwined with his fingers while she uncrossing her legs.

Lights on is sexy but makes good sense if the story is from her POV. With the light on she can pick up and tell the reader clues about his mood.
